+ SimWall™ Panels
As the industry leader in production of the innovative SimWall™ composite panel, Simcon manufactures, sells and installs the world's fastest building component. SimWall™ is a shop manufactured structural tilt-up, pre-cast panel system that combines the strength of concrete and steel to form a solid, lightweight composite panel system.
Composite action is developed when two load-carrying structural members, such as concrete and steel, are integrally connected and deflect as a single unit under any load. The combined SimWall™ panels offer the strength of a solid concrete panel while using 60-70% less concrete. These panels significantly reduce foundation requirements and dramatically speed up building erection times. Simcon looks at each project as an opportunity to prove our value to each customer. We provide comprehensive Proposals for each project based on the Contract Documents, but involve engineering professionals on each project to evaluate the opportunity to keep our customers' costs at a minimum. This distinct advantage over our competitors allows Simcon to offer possibilities that may not have been considered in early developmental stages.

Foundations must be addressed quickly and accurately. They begin the complex sequence that is construction. Simcon is able to harmoniously assemble each trade as a team to install these massive components with respect to those surrounding and subsequent trades.
